SECTION 15 - SHIPPING POLICY AND LIABILITY
When placing an order on our website, we guarantee to ship the order to the address provided with a nationwide reliable shipping company such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Our responsibility is to hand over the package to the shipping carrier. Once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, the responsibility for ensuring the package reaches its destination lies with the carrier.
We will provide customers with a valid tracking number once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers must file an investigation with the shipping carrier. Although we will work with the customer to achieve a satisfactory result, our company bears no responsibility.
At our discretion, we may replace the item or provide a refund if the package is lost in transit.
Please note that once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, our company is no longer responsible for the package. Any subsequent loss or theft will not be our responsibility.
All our shipments are sent without requiring a signature upon delivery. The shipping carrier will leave the package at the address, and it is at their discretion where to leave the package.
If a customer requires the package to be handed over to an adult at the residence, they must contact us immediately after placing the order at sales@Scherberusa.com. We will work with the customer to arrange an alternative shipping method.
